In case the item is not immediately available, we will promptly inform you and remove the pre-authorization from your credit card. Once the item is ready for dispatch, we will process the charges and proceed with delivering your order.
Order Cut-off Time and Processing:
To ensure swift processing, please place your order before 4 PM. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. The order processing time typically takes 0-1 days before the items are dispatched.

Different Delivery Vehicles for Different Items:
For stoves and heavier items, our default delivery vehicle is a 7.5-tonne truck, unless otherwise specified. If your location presents any access issues or restrictions, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Smaller and lighter orders are usually sent through a reliable van courier network.
Delivery Coverage in the UK:
We offer delivery services anywhere in the United Kingdom (UK). However, additional charges may apply for ‘offshore domestic regions’ and the ‘Scottish Highlands,’ which include the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.
